Well they say "multiple Platforms" so it could be. Nightfire was EA Games fault why it dident sell many copies as they had hoped - they rushed it for christmas and now they think its not their fault so they released EON just for the consoles where they knew it would do better. So hopefully they realise that.

EA working behind the scenes on a PC version of `GoldenEye: Rogue Agent`
Computer & Video Games magazine interviewed "GoldenEye: Rogue Agent" Senior Producer Chris Plummer this week about the forthcoming game based in the world of James Bond where you play as a villain.
Although only officially listed by EA for release on PS2, Xbox and GameCube, Plummer let slip that a PC version of "GoldenEye: Rogue Agent", or another 007 based title, might be in the works:
[GoldenEye: Rogue Agent] is definitely never coming to PC then?
Plummer: I wouldn't say it's definitely never going there, but we don't want to do a port. For the PC it needs to be a PC design, and we're working on that behind the scenes but it's not something that we've announced or are prepared to discuss.
So there is a PC version in development, then?
Plummer: Erm, no, nothing official.
So what are you working on behind the scenes?
Plummer: [Laughs] Just pretend I never talked about that...
