Screenshots

Postby DeadMan on Fri Apr 18, 2008 4:02 pm

As those of you with NAT know....a screenshot is taken and saved to the Screenshots folder which can be accessed through NAT instructions.

Although, I cannot find that folder through the explorer (C:Program Files...etc.)

My question is this....if you do not have NAT, can you still take a screenshot by pressing P and where does it end up for people to find?

If not, I assume the regular Print Screen Button on a player's keyboard, then pasting to Paint or whatever will have to do.

Thanks for taking the time to read this...I hope someone knows the answer.

However, Fraps needs paying for to get best results...unless you have sources like I do

I would recommend it though, or grabclipsave, as I'm pretty fed up of having to go into paint every time I get a screenshot.

grapclipsave is better - you can customize it more, and you dont have to get it registered. its more reliable too. and it makes a cool camera sound when you take a pic ;D

you only need to register fraps for recording more than 30 seconds at a time (gets rid of the www.fraps.com address at the top too)...if i remember correctly, screenshots are full function in fraps...

no, i thought you could only take .jpgs with fraps till its registered?

either way, grapclipsave is a lot more simpler to use lol.

yea, but with grabclipsave you can still do that, as well as it saving the pic into your folder, all in one button.
