backspace cheat

ok i have played nightfire for a few years now, and i recently started gaming against b0ts(lol) but annyway i want to uce backspace cheat. but i dont get it working. ive downloaded console, i type sv_cheat 1 and the i type: mp_weaponstay 0. thats what all the cheat site's says that i have to do. but it aint working, i press backspace.... and nothing happends.

please help me

sv_cheats 1 requires a server restart, once you write that command in the console, write in console too: restart and press enter.

Oh man I love the backspace cheat... Laserrifle :) Best gun ever.

Also a great gun to play scrims with in ctf_knox 2on2.

Also add Impulse 101?

no, impulse 101 is the client command to get weapons and ammo, it is automatically binded to backspace in nf.

thats in the nightfire config.cfg file, all players have it so there is no need to re-bind it

no, its just the control keys which do that

How come for the first time ever, that I have to type in "impulse 101" to get it working?

you dont, just do the sv_cheats 1, restart, mp_weaponstay 0, backspace lol.

my backspace doesn't work.
somehow it got disabled on my computer. :s
but that's ok i dont like lasergun anyways i always end up killing myself. :)
