I haven't ever played counterstrike, but i can hardly imagine that counter strike maps look like ctf_pyramids

About details i think:
"details are nice and they give the map a nice look but they do not affect gameplay in any way because ways, walls will be the same with it. Its nice for the eye but doesnt have an influence on the game itself."

If details should be the reason why not taking this map for NFBL use i could try to add some more if needed..

To be honest i thought the same about details when i first saw the map. But then spida put in his ownage lighting and made the map look awsome, as well as changing a few textures (i think?). so yeah, the map looks great. if you want details, go buy some art lol.

as for suitability to nf, i think its fine.. will certainly need on the ball defenders, as the flags are so open. but saying that, i think its great that although the flags are so open, its quite hard to p jump though the flags without being spotted way before hand.

i can imagine that most of the matches will be fought when both teams have the others flag, and therefore cuts down the important of p jump.

Yes, Zero is right.

But how matches will be fought can first be seen when there have been played some scrims in this map and people would be willing to play costum maps too. I think if new maps would become NFBL Maps people would go play it more because they need it for NFBL too.
New maps are a great addition to Nightfire and they make the game not becoming boring as there is something new in it.

yea, but they still have to be tested to make sure they are in fact reasonable lol..

yes but it would be more interesting, loads of maps in the NFBL so that you cant train loads in 5 maps and pwn all...

nah not "loads of maps". But some more maps would be cool and a good addition to nfbl. Maps such as ctf_pyramids =D
