Outgoing Messaging Errors

Why does it happen? Who knows, it happens randomly...I've had it happen 3 times in a NFBL match
When: random but only over server matches, more likely on non dedicated
Where: In my console...I hit the ~ button and it says Outgoing Message Error like a thousand times

must be client if that message appears everytime in his console.

Among all the years I've been in Nightfire, I learned something new about the console
