i go out from wednesday to saturnday from time to time... so lets put matches on monday i got time then :D
eating is a bad reason, just ask your parents if you can eat 10 mins earlier.. shouldnt be such a problem -_-
and btw in italy for example your eating bit later than in most other countrys... lets make own times for each countrys ok?

Time's when it's possible to refuse as suggested:


EU clans

Saturday: 12.00 + 1.00 pm est Matches ALLOWED
Saturday: 2.00 and later matches can be refused cuz of eu ppl going out alot on saturdays.

Sunday: 12.00, 1.00 , 2.00, 3.00 est matches ALLOWED
Sunday: 4.00 pm est matches can be refused cuz of school next day for EU players.

NA clans:

For both saturday and sunday 12.00 + 1.00 pm est matches can be refused..

I still think you should involve the Friday. 12:00 is a dinner time, and its just stupid to changer dinner habbits just for NFBL.

Just switch ladder to a friday. That will free up extra times on saturday and sunday for the WC. This will also make sure theres not 2 ntrl and a clan vs clan match on the same time, giving 1 clan a easy win.

Its a small community, you cant schedule 2 or 3 matches at the same time, only if its clan vs clan.

Josti, we're since a couple of years aiming at not scheduling more then 2 matches at the same time, due to the small community. I think it's been working out good until now and I see no reason to change, especially with the current high number of active clans.

Allowing more then 1 match for each time-slot is a must as well. The community is small, but allowing just 1 match per time-slot allows very few players to play. With 1-2 matches, more players get a chance to play, while it still is possible to find neutrals.


We're not very happy about placing matches on Fridays. The main reason is American players would typically be at school/work. Therefor they aren't given an equal chance to play. We aim to try to keep it as equal as possible, within certain limits. Another reason is keeping Friday for eventual re-matches. Sometimes there are problems and it can be hard to find a good time for a re-match, due to regular matches.


As far as I can interpret the discussion, there isn't a big and well-argumented interest for any other solution then the one suggested in the first post of the topic?

We'll make a final desicion within a week.
