hi,i want make a crosshair but it doesnt work with paint
with which programm i can do that?

with pain you can you cannot resize the file, and you have to save it as png, althought it won't be transparent and it will be an useless crosshair
You could use Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop, but they are too complex.

as i've said... if only paint had a transparent colour then there's be no need for such fuss

or because paint is simple (ish) programme so they might be able to make an update that people actually want and actually makes the programme better. that would be new..
