Voting keys

Postby Spida on Mon Aug 27, 2007 5:25 pm

Well i have made a big mistake lol, Voted before i read the thread

As i didnt notice my ( and most people's ) console opens by pressing F1. But I have got another idea.
Occasionally i play some Battlefield 2 and you also have the possibility to vote there about maps, kicking players etc.. by Pressing "Page up and Page down"
Like the following image should show: http://i15.tinypic.com/4m31n3a.jpg
Maybe the cancel vote button could change.
I think that would be a good way for voting with the client too. wouldn't it?

F5 for yes and F6 or no and F12 for cancel would be better, cause many people use F1 for opening console etc.

i agree with smith i think people should be able to choose which keys fit them better because people might have binds on the keys which you choose and the whole thing will get really confusing

What smith says is that it's already customisable, you can bind the keys that you want.
