Well here I have a doubt, about which keys to use for quick voting ;), Vote the poll and if you didn't like the possibilities write alternatives here, thanks.

voted F1 F2 F12 etc, as i, and i think most people, use 1,2,0 etc for binds.

but why not use F3/F4 instead of F12 for cancel vote? (also make sure youre not gonna use a shortcut that will make a pop up happen on someones comuter, start fraps, take a ss etc.

Cancel key must be away, such as the gasoline from fire :p.
I think that I will make it "editable" too, to prevent conflicts.

I voted for none of both options cuz.

F1 I need to open my console and under F2 I got my wallhackbind(ops ) and I have my binds on 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9

euh but serious now, I think you can maybe use like F11 and F12?

Voted use Numbers. What about using Keypad numbers instead? the ones on the right of the keyboard.

no i think it would be best if you could still have some level of control/movement in game while voting.. numbers on right of keyboard dont let that, so i think F1, F2 etc. are good idea.

009, about using Keypad, people that use laptops to play nf (like me ^^) would have problems.
Anyways, the most voted option will be used as predefined keys, then it could be customisable by everyone (as the menu control keys).
Oh and you can play normally while the vote is in process.

By the way, the cancel key will be available only for the player that started the vote or\and if the player is an admin.

F1 and F2 is fine for me, even though i got console + console options there. but there isnt really any other option.. maybe F4 and F5 but F1 and F2 are more logic

I use the F keys for say binds, i think it would be viable to make it so that players can choose which keys they want to use for the voting (like in my program for maurits' waypoint script on my site)

I think most ppl use some F keys for Console or change teams w.e so better take 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0 etc. then.. I think ppl only use these keys for binds?

there are some keys you cant bind, like - and +. aint sure if its same for ;>/... but never tried it though :P

i have binds on my - and + keys... ;D

but i think you gonna have to make it customizable as so many people have different keys for different things..
