Nightfire was a very popular game and has now turned out to be the worst game ever released so for the sake of nightfire existence I am starting the ultimate mod for nightfire which will make a big difference in the popularity of Nightfire I hope.

its just people use nightfire often as an example of a failure in game development a lot...

Those people just expect NF to be a great multiplayer game like CS. But Gearbox never intended NF to be like that. They just wanted to make a great James Bond PC Game with single player missions that are fun to play and kept the basics of the multiplayer mode of their Half Life - Opposing Force game in Nightfire to add a little fun. Most critics were positive about Nightfire as they and most people did not expect too much from the MP mode.
