it's just for people like me who DONT get the mail, to know that they are banned / who are banned, so there wont be misunderstandings with playing a match etc because you can check it then

Last time I forgot to write Tin. He is banned for an undecided length of time and has been banned since November 2006.
Soda is banned since last week. Also on an undecided length of time.
Both of them will get fixed dates later, but we are not in a hurry with that, because it's in a distant future still
