I can´t play Single Player or Options or anything....
with GSA I can make the options and Multiplayer Skins etc
but I would like to play Single Player,too

If you have made a lot of changes to the game's files, you can try the config-replacer or try to reinstall the game? If that doesn't work, somebody more technical needs to help :P

uninstall any mods. if that dont work uninstall nf then go to the eagames/nightfire folder and delete anything left behind
then reinstall. should be fine;

so I will only play Multiplayer =D

O.oo i got like 3 mods installed and NF works ok ( most of time xD ) ....

if you have the hgl² mod. and you instal the ww2 mod you will get troubles ( i can know.. ) and this is for more mods. i have no idea why though..
