autoexec.cfg problems

Ok, I am so confused. I go to the NAT thing. I hit 2(edit game files). Then I hit 5(edit Autoexec.cfg). It says cannot find autoexec.cfg file....

So, where do I get the file at? Also, how do I turn the backspace weapons on?
