I am currently using brinkster for the TAS clan website. It is horrible! Too many ads! Anyone got any advice on good, free hosts?

A lot of clans and players use http://www.freewebs.com another good one which a few clans have followed me to is http://www.freepgs.com. Freepgs has recently changed though and you have to pay a one off fee of $3, which isn't much really as they offer a really good service.

If you are want to build a basic clan site you can't go wrong really with freewebs for a more advanced site with more options freepgs is much better, depends on what you want to do with your site really?

I'm pretty good w/HTML. I like how freewebs doesn't have ads. Oh, btw...009, do you know the HTML code to change the color of the side scroller of the browser? Yours is purple I believe. I want to make mine red for my site.

If you make a file using notepad and paste the code into it and save the file as bar.css. Then in the head section of each page that you want the scrollbar colour to be used paste this code.

Code: Select all: <link rel="stylesheet" href="bar.css" type="text/css">

Doing it this way if you want to change it any time, you just have to alter the css file and not have to alter every single page that the above code is in.

Hey tthis topci is forgotten but its important.Guys I have found a cool free hosting website.Try it ,in my opinion,its better then freewebs or others-->Free Website Host
Any other hosts you would reco0mmend guys?(free is better cause many cant afford to pay a webiste and a domain)

Nokia's Glovi domains are best. http://www.glovi-network.com, although the site is under construction atm :P
