I never liked ATI as it experiences problems with OpenGL applications (Gearcraft won't work on ATI cards...), and NVidia is leading the way of graphic technologies at the moment

Gearcraft worked fine on my old laptop's ATI card which wasn't the best, but still better than my current. As for my experiences with a GeForce 6150, I'm not too inclined towards nVIDIA.

I prefer NVidea, the graphics card in my old PC was a 32MB NVidea and its capable of about 30fps in CoD2

I also bought a TV card (with analogue inputs), this didnt work on this PC when i had an ATI card. When i changed to the NVidea 8800GT, it worked fine... I was on the point of trying to get a refund for it after havin it for 4 years

I prefer ATI because it has some features that Nvidia doesn't.

HD is just marketing, you just get "high definition" by increasing the screen resolution, and ATI does not have the highest resolutions at all ;P.

Those features are called PureVideo in Nvidia I think

Lol... I ordered the different parts of this PC from different shops, and countries even!
Screen (Sony 19") - PC City, Helsingborg, Sweden
Webcam (Logitech) - Real, Wesser Park, Bremen, Germany
PC Tower, mouse, keyboard, speakers (Acer E360 & Logitech) - Computer City, København, Denmark
Graphx. Card (EVGA NVIDEA GeForce 8800GT) - Komplett.dk

Fun, but i did a massive load of research first (thanks to ford  )
