IP Database

Is there such thing as an IP Database that someone in NF has.

Ex: I have a troublemaker in my server and I bunch his IP into a Nightfire Database, it can give me a name and all aliases from the DSS2 or something.

People won't be able to use it for bad intentions because they'll have to find the IP of the person and won't be able to find the persons ip using the name

well DSS2 has Players Info window... then you just click "synchronize with glovi" and you have around 32,000 ips of people who play nightfire, and you can search by name or by ip. its really great.

rofl i wouldnt say theres that many george, they're mostly from nicky changing his IP to get back into servers he's been banned from :shock:

yes, to be fair a lot of them are from dynamic ips - im not so sure about that nicky thing though ;p

So what do you do if you're assigned an ip a rule breaker had?

no 2 peoples ip can be the same. (unless you live in the same house)

Within a day, you can. A lot more so here (UK), everything is dynamic, you get a new ip for any d/c at all.
