Reply Troubles

About 9/10 times when I have replied to posts recently, I get a strange message saying:

General Error

Failed sending email :: PHP ::

DEBUG MODE

File : emailer.php

The post comes up fine, I'm just wondering what the hell the error is about. I think it's trying to PHPmail me something in terms of "Watching Topics" and getting email notification etc.

EDIT: Lol, it even happened when I posted this. I think the forum needs some admin attention. :D
