Lag problems

I had this problem for about a week and its getting annoying. I am using a router to play NF. I turned off firewall and never opened any ports and whenever I play in any server I lag and this comes up in console Image

now that, mr nightfire, is a laggout -> reconnect / quit
I Used to be scyzofrenic, But We're okay now :)

There has to be a different cause to that, 2 months ago I got that problem so often and lately, it hasn't happened since than

but is it because of the client internet or the host internet? it happens when a server is very full (happens rather often on zero's server :grin: ) or when ur very far away from a server

i have Sky Broadband and at peak times i get 8152MbPs download and 612 upload on Wireless.

I've had the same internet provider all my life...and it happens randomly....there has to be a cause

well i noticed with my cable internet that after a few hours of intense use, it starts to slow down and eventually looses connection :shock:

Maybe change ISP or hardware u are using (router,modem etc) .Maybe that would help
